Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel boasts a stunning location by Sun Moon Lake, offering breathtaking views and large rooms. However, the service fell short of expectations, with multiple lapses and a dining experience that didn't match the luxurious ambiance of the resort. While the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, the lack of attention to detail overall made us feel that the value for money was questionable, especially given the high price point.
My recent stay at this resort was quite a mixed bag. While the location by Sun Moon Lake offers stunning views, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a luxury resort. The service was frustratingly slow and unorganized, particularly at meal times. The dining options were below average, leaving much to be desired. Still, the room was quite spacious and featured a nice hot spring tub, which I enjoyed immensely.
I recently stayed at this hotel that boasts stunning views over Sun Moon Lake, which was definitely one of its strongest points. The room had a nice hot tub and the Taiwanese breakfast was delightful, but there were significant issues with the room's power setup and bedding options. Additionally, the dining options were limited, and I found my overall experience did not live up to the price I paid.
The hotel boasts fantastic views, and the rooms are spacious and equipped with nice amenities including a hot tub and a balcony. However, the service leaves much to be desired, especially in dining and room management, which is disappointing given the high price point. Overall, the view and room features were the highlights, but the dining experience and service issues significantly detracted from our stay.
I had a great experience at this hotel with its stunning views and comfortable amenities. The rooms are spacious and offer features like an in-room hot tub, which really add to the appeal. While the dining experience, especially the afternoon tea, didn't meet my expectations, the incredible rooftop views made up for it. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a luxurious getaway, albeit at a bit of a premium price.
